Regions[ | ]
Regions are the smallest map entity in the game. Regions can be Land regions (housing either 5 land units or air units), Ocean regions (housing 5 sea units), sea regions (both 5 land or air units and 5 sea units) and the Arctic regions (allows 5 Submarine Fleets from each faction).
Political Influence Number[ | ]
All land-regions have an Influence value called a Pol Number. This influence is a central part of the gameplay for calculating your factions political influence around the world and each influence contributes to the calculation of victory points scored each timeline by the Theaters (see Scoring).
Arctic regions and Ocean regions have no Influence value.
